David A. Pascarella holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Prior to attending law school, he spent several years as a Structural Design Engineer.

Mr. Pascarella is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
