Jacquelyn A. Graff is a registered patent attorney with Heslin Rothenberg Farley & Mesiti P.C.  Jacquelyn’s intellectual property law practice includes all aspects of patent, trademark and copyright preparation and prosecution, but is primarily directed to patent prosecution. Her experience includes patent preparation and prosecution in the medical device and mechanical arts; drafting clearance and patentability opinions; trademark and copyright preparation and prosecution; and, advising clients on issues of intellectual property law.  Jacquelyn is a member of the firms Medical Products & Technology, Mechanical, Trademark & Unfair Competition, and Copyright practice groups.

Before joining the firm, Jacquelyn was an associate in the intellectual property practice group at McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, P.A. in New Hampshire for four years. Jacquelyn received her Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law (2007), where she was a member of the Syracuse Science and Technology Law Reporter and served as the Notes and Comments Editor in her final year. Jacquelyn was also a Research Associate and Senior Research Associate at the New York State Science and Technology Law Center during her last two years. During her last year of law school, Jacquelyn also interned at John Mezzalingua Associates (d/b/a PPC) in the legal department. Jacquelyn received her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Bioengineering from Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science (2004), where her undergraduate thesis was on Knee Sensors for Testing Alignment in Total Knee Replacements. Jacquelyn was also a member of the varsity women’s lacrosse team during her four years as an undergraduate at Syracuse University.

Jacquelyn is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and is also registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
