Jill M. Breedlove’s experience practicing intellectual property law includes procurement and licensing of intellectual property rights in the areas of electronics, photonics, imaging technology, and computers. Ms. Breedlove was formerly Patent Counsel for the GE Global Research Center in Niskayuna, New York. Ms. Breedlove graduated magna cum laude from Union College with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering, and holds a J.D. degree from Albany Law School.

Member: Ms. Breedlove is admitted to the New York Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of N.Y., the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
