Robert E. Heslin is the firm’s founder. He has more than twenty-five years of broad experience in the field of intellectual property law, including procurement, licensing and litigation of intellectual property rights. Mr. Heslin holds a B.S. degree in Physics, cum laude, from Siena College and a law degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School where he served as Lead Articles Editor of the Albany Law Review. Admitted to the New York Bar, Mr. Heslin is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as several federal district and appellate courts.
