Wayne F. Reinke is a versatile attorney, practicing in many areas of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, copyright, licensing, opinion work, patent and trademark appeals before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and pre-litigation enforcement and defense of intellectual property rights. Mr. Reinke's practice currently has a particular emphasis on issues related to Internet-based inventions, business methods software, and nanotechnology. After receiving a B.S. degree in electrical engineering with distinction from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a J.D. from Albany Law School where he was a lead article editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology, Mr. Reinke joined the firm and later became a principal. Currently, Mr. Reinke practices in the firm’s Internet, Electrical/Computer Science and Nanotechnology Practice Groups, as well as overseeing the firm’s Information Technology infrastructure. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
