Nicholas Mesiti is a versatile intellectual property law practitioner and litigator. Mr. Mesiti graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He acquired his law degree from Albany Law School. Admitted to the bar in New York, and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Federal and Second Circuits, Mr. Mesiti is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
