Mr. Gonsalves has a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences (Molecular Biology & Genetics Concentration) from State University of New York at Buffalo; a Master's of Science, in Botanical Sciences (Plant Pathology Concentration) from University of Hawaii at Manoa; and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Pace University School of Law.
