Erica Hines works as an associate attorney with the firm’s Chemical, Pharmaceutical, University, and Trademark & Unfair Competition practice groups.  Ms. Hines obtained her first Bachelor’s degree from Boston College, where she graduated with honors.  She also received a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Albany, where she focused on organic chemistry.  Ms. Hines earned an MBA from Union Graduate College, and graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School.

During law school, Ms. Hines was a member of the Albany Law Review, and served on the journal’s Editorial Board.  She also clerked with General Electric Company.

Ms. Hines is admitted to practice in New York State, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  She is also a registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
