Garth H. Mashmann graduated cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law. Before attending law school, Mr. Mashmann graduated from Boston University, with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering. While in Law School Mr. Mashmann was a member of the Syracuse Science and Technology Law Reporter, serving as a Lead Articles Editor during his final year. He also was an Extern at the Syracuse University Office of Technology Transfer and Industrial Development, as well as a Research Associate, and subsequently a Senior Research Associate at the New York State Science and Technology Law Center. He is admitted to practice in New York. Mr. Mashmann is a member of the firm’s Medical Products & Technology and Mechanical practice groups.
