Blanche E. Schiller is a member of the New York State Bar and U.S. Patent Bar. Her practice focuses on the patenting of computer software and other computer-related inventions. Her experience spans all areas of software, including e-commerce and business methods. Mrs. Schiller’s practice also encompasses obtaining trademarks and copyrights and licensing of technology rights. She has lectured in the areas of protecting software rights and the patentability of software, as well as other areas of intellectual property.

Mrs. Schiller graduated from Long Island University summa cum laude majoring in Computer Science in 1985, and received a Juris Doctor degree from Touro College in 1989, where she was editor of the Law Review. She was the first woman president of the Eastern New York Intellectual Property Law Association, and was a board member of the Guilderland United Soccer Club for many years. She enjoys traveling with her husband and two children.
