Arjay Parhar is a registered patent attorney with HRFM. His practice encompasses a broad range of intellectual property, including both patent prosecution and patent litigation.

Mr. Parhar earned his JD at the University of California, Irvine, School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Parhar worked at the Intellectual Property, Arts, and Technology Clinic where he helped publish a Rap on Trial Practice Guide and conducted fair use analysis for low-income filmmakers. Arjay was also a research assistant to Professor Kenneth W. Simons and the President of the Middle Eastern and South Asian Law Student Association.

Mr. Parhar enjoys writing in his free time, biking, and coaching volleyball.
