NY-BEST is hosting its 8th annual “Capture the Energy” Conference. The two-day conference is taking place just steps from the New York State Capitol building and will bring together leaders from throughout the energy industry to discuss the important role that advanced batteries and energy storage technologies are playing to make the electric grid and transportation system cleaner and more efficient.
The Capture the Energy 2018 Conference will examine the policies and markets influencing the energy storage sector in New York State. There is tremendous excitement around this industry since Governor Cuomo’s recent announcement of a new energy storage initiative and 1.5 GW target for energy storage deployments in New York State by 2025.
