Jeff Rothenberg is currently the managing partner of the firm. His forte -- strategic planning in the creation, commercialization and management of intellectual property portfolios -- is founded on his prior experience as manager of a corporate patent and licensing department. In 1996, a patent he procured for the Eastman Kodak Company received the National Inventor of The Year award. He also has extensive experience in IP due diligence evaluations for venture capital firms. Mr. Rothenberg holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a J.D. from George Washington University. He is admitted to the New York Bar, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of N.Y., and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
