Overview
Thomas is an associate with the firm's litigation group. His experience includes: litigation work; trademark prosecution; licensing and IP contracts; and general IP counseling. Prior to joining HRFM, Thomas handled litigation work for the firm of Hofmann & Schweitzer in Manhattan. Additionally, he completed internships with the New York State Office of the Inspector General and the New York State Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection in their legal departments.
