Overview
Thomas L. Sica is an associate with HRFM's Litigation Group. His experience includes litigation work, trademark prosecution, licensing and IP contracts, and general IP counseling.
Thomas represents clients in the designer and luxury goods sector and advises startups and universities on IP strategy. He also handles matters involving internet and e-commerce issues.
Before joining HRFM, Thomas handled litigation work for the firm of Hofmann & Schweitzer in Manhattan. Additionally, he completed internships with the New York State Office of the Inspector General and the New York State Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection in their legal departments.
