Caroline B. Ahn is an associate attorney with Heslin Rothenberg Farley & Mesiti P.C. Ms. Ahn’s practice area includes litigation, copyright and trademark protection and licensing, and internet law.
Ms. Ahn received her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2007. While attending law school, Ms. Ahn interned at New York State Cyber Security and Critical Infrastructure Coordination and competed in ABA’s Negotiations competition. Ms. Ahn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry, along with a minor in Classical Studies, in 1999 from University of Washington in Seattle, where she received the Mary Gates Research Scholarship and conducted her undergraduate research relating to Alzheimer’s disease. Prior to attending law school, she worked several years in the Internet industry, including serving in various roles in Support Operations of a national broadband provider.
She is admitted to practice in New York State, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Ms. Ahn is a member of the firm’s Trademarks & Unfair Competition, Startup Group, Copyrights and Litigation practice groups.
Ms. Ahn’s past and present professional memberships include the Eastern New York Intellectual Property Law Association, Intellectual Property & Innovation American Inn of Court, and National Asian Pacific American Bar Association. Additionally, she also serves on the Board of the Justice For All campaign, for the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York, Inc.
